3. Job Listings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. JobsDecorum does not endorse any job listing or guarantee employment outcomes.

Job seekers must not misrepresent their qualifications or experience. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on JobsDecorum, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by JobsDecorum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

JobsDecorum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
