JobsDecorum is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to support our growing IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our technical systems and providing internal support to ensure smooth IT functionality across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network and server infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
• Ensure data backup, system updates, and cybersecurity practices are in place
• Maintain clear documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and endpoint security
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work under pressure
